I’m Gary, a Leadership Coach, Coaching Supervisor, and Consultant at rise. Over the years, my work has taken me to diverse and exciting locations around the world, allowing me to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in various consulting roles. While I’ve enjoyed these opportunities, my true passion lies in coaching. I find great fulfillment in helping individuals unlock their potential, develop their skills, and achieve personal and professional growth.

My background

I support successful professionals around the world, at all stages in their careers. Prior to launching my coaching practice I worked as Senior Manager in a TechCo. I have held roles in IT Consulting, Solution and Service Architecture, in pre- and post-sales environments. I have recognised qualifications in Coaching and Coaching Supervision and I am accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as a Senior Practitioner. I am a Mental Health First Aider.

I have been in leadership roles for over 20 years. I have helped my clients achieve their personal and professional goals. I create an environment to hold structured, purposeful, and transformational conversations. This helps my clients to maximise their personal and professional potential, improve competence and decision-making.
